Cancel anytime
You can cancel your membership at any time.
How to cancel:
- If self-serve cancellation is available in your account settings, you can cancel directly there, or
- Email acht@tfamcapital.com from the email address associated with your Alchemist account and request cancellation.
When cancellation takes effect
When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
Free tier and downgrading
Alchemist offers a permanent free Explorer tier — no trial period, no expiry. If you cancel your Analyst subscription, your account automatically reverts to the free Explorer tier. Your published theses remain public and your journal entries remain accessible in read-only mode.
Refunds
Alchemist Membership is a digital subscription that provides immediate access to digital content and features.
- Monthly charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
- If you believe you were billed in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact acht@tfamcapital.com and we will review and address the issue.
Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added based on your location. Taxes (when charged) follow the same cancellation and refund terms as subscription fees unless required otherwise by law.
